Return Policy

Within 10 days of delivery:

All bags are inspected and photographed prior to each shipment. Upon receipt of returned goods, Ralston handbags reserves the right to deny credit if the merchandise does not meet return policy requirements. We will accept unworn and undamaged items purchased on RalstonHandbags.com for a one-time refund (excluding shipping, processing, and handling charges) within 10 days of delivery date. Tags must be attached. If the original receipt is unavailable, we'll make an exchange for equal value of the original item. Shipping, processing, and handling charges (minimum of $60) for exchanges or returns are non-refundable.

We will process your refund within approximately 14 days of receiving your merchandise. Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post the transaction to your account.
